Self-love can mean something different for each person because we all have many different ways to take care of ourselves. This workshop teaches lot of mindfulness techniques, compassion focus therapy and self-acceptance concept, stress and anger management.
SELF- LOVE (ALL ABOUT LOVING YOURSELF)
- We ask others to give us what we cannot find in ourselves.
- You are lovable.
- You only have to start believing it Self-love means having a high regard for your own well-being and happiness. Self-love means not settling for less than you deserve
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:
We will spend the day diving deep into the topic of self-love and focus on you creating a deeper sense of self love with in yourself. We’ll do this through discussion, personal and group exercises, journaling, & guided mediation.

Registration Charges:
- Rs. 500/- per participant (online mode)
- Rs. 1000/- per participant (offline mode)
Duration of Workshop:
- Online for 2 days. (2 hour per day)
- Offline for 1 day (5 hours) with refreshments.
